Miles bids for new term as District 3 supervisor in Charles City

Floyd H. Miles Sr. has announced his bid for re-election to represent District 3 on the Board of Supervisors in Charles City.

Miles is completing his 22nd year of public service, which includes a four-year term in the state’s House of Delegates.

“I am humbled by the support that I have been given by the citizens and look forward to continue the work as the District 3 supervisor,” Miles said in a press release. “I will continue to work on issues that have an effect on the standard of living for all our citizens.

“I appreciate the support throughout the years and encourage the citizens to continue to contact me with their concerns and issues,” he concluded.
