Four arrested by New Kent Sheriff’s Office

New Kent Sheriff’s Office has arrested four individuals in unrelated incidents that have occurred in the county within the month of May.

Sheriff’s personnel charged:

–Jesse Harmon Cheadle, 37, of the 4300 block of Old Union Road, Charles City, with one count each of public intoxication, driving revoked (DUI related), and driving with an open alcoholic container. According to the arrest report, on May 30, Cheadle was pulled over during a traffic stop where alcohol was found in his car. After a background check, it was revealed his license was revoked. He was held in Henrico Jail East and released on his own recognizance and scheduled to appear in court on June 3.

–Clint Michael Gillespie, 38, of the 7200 block of Club Drive, Quinton, with one count each of felony domestic assault and felony strangulation. According to the arrest report, Gillespie allegedly committed the crimes on May 27 during an alleged domestic assault incident. He was being held without bond pending a June 3 arraignment in New Kent Juvenile Domestic and Relations Court.

–Kayla Mariee Orsini, 22, of the 8000 block of Ashland Avenue, Apt. 1, Manassas, with one count of failure to appear in court. Orsini allegedly failed to appear in New Kent General District Court on a driving suspended charge on May 13. She was released on a $1,000 unsecured bond.

–Susan Ann Roberson, 57, of the 4700 block of New Kent Highway, Quinton, with one count of domestic assault. On May 27, Roberson was arrested for an incident that allegedly occurred in New Kent. She was released on her own recognizance and was schedule to appear in New Kent Juvenile Domestic Relations Court on June 3.
