Three arrested by New Kent Sheriff’s Office

New Kent Sheriff’s Office has arrested three individuals involved in separate incidents related to possible felony activity in the county.

–Ernest Franklin Flannagan III, 38, of the 900 block of Dispatch Road, Quinton, on one count of assault and battery on a family or household member. The offense allegedly occurred on June 6. New Kent deputies transferred him to Henrico Jail East after the incident.

–John Steven Michael, 39, of the 8900 block of Ellyson Trace, Quinton, on one count of distribution of cocaine. According to the arrest report, Minor allegedly distributed the substance last May 8 and was later arrested on June 5. He was being held without bond and was scheduled to appear in court on June 9.

–Caroline Amber Rae Wilson, 20, of the 16000 block of New Kent Highway, Lanexa, one a single charge of assault and battery on a family or household member. According to the arrest report, the offense occurred on June 7. Wilson was released on her own recognizance and scheduled to appear in court on June 17.
