NKSO issues alert for missing New Kent teenager

New Kent Sheriff’s Office has issued an alert to find the location of a 15-year old teenager.

Alicia Marie Flores is a 5’0”, 126-pound white female with hazel eyes and dark brown hair. She was last seen wearing a black tee-shirt and jean shorts.

Alicia may be in the company of Lewis J. Rusch, a 27-year old white male from Wisconsin. It is believed that they may be traveling in a 1997 Dodge Ram pickup truck of white/grayish color with red pinstripes. The license plate is also from Wisconsin, with its tag reading GF7278. Authorities believe the two may be heading to Wisconsin.
