CC broadband town hall pegged for Dec. 14

Charles City’s Board of Supervisors will hold a town hall meeting to address broadband in the county on Dec. 14.

District 2 representative Bill Coada pitched the meeting to board colleagues at the Nov. 22 regular meet to provide an update and take questions from county citizens at the upcoming meeting. According to Coada, some businesses inside Roxbury Industrial Park have received the high-speed internet service through direct connections through broadband. The supervisor also said that no connections had been made through the air service as of this time.

The meeting is currently scheduled to begin at 7 p.m.
