New Kent High School Class of 2017 Salutatorian- Madelyn Shiflett

Madelyn Shiflett is salutatorian of New Kent High School’s Class of 2017 with a grade-point average of 4.4.

She was a member of the BETA club, Eternity Club, FCA, and also ran on the cross-country track team.

Madelyn plans to attend the University of Mary Washington and pursue her studies in history with a minor in museum studies.

She is the daughter of Stacy and Tricia Shiflett.
