Charles City school board offices relocating operations to school complex
Charles City School Board offices will be relocating this upcoming August.
School operations will transfer from its current home, the Charles City School Board and Government Administration building, to the school’s campus, 10035 Courthouse Road. Offices will be located in what formerly was known as the middle school’s main office. School board meetings will take place in the high school auditorium to coincide with the move.
The area that currently houses the school board will be occupied by the county’s social services department. The social services department currently conducts business from Charles City’s neighborhood facility building and is relocating due to the building’s deteriorating conditions.
