Candidate for New Kent Board of Supervisors- District 2: Tommy Tiller

Experience: Completing eighth year on New Kent’s Board of Supervisors. Served eight years on New Kent’s planning commission as well as three years on the safety and transportation board.

Reason for running: “I want to continue to see smart growth in the county. I want to continue to build up Fire and EMS services for residents. We went from 11 to 38 paid firefighters without a tax increase to fund that and I want to continue to do those things to benefit our citizens while keeping taxes low.”

Why people should vote for you: “My experience in county government and my knowledge of how the county works is something I want people to see. I want to continue to help support and provide services that benefit the county while also helping the taxpayer.”
