Teenagers indicted on alleged sex crime with minor in New Kent

A New Kent grand jury has indicted two teenagers connected to an alleged sex crime with a minor.

Isaac Thomas Brunson, 19, of the 1100 block of Winding River Road, Providence Forge, and Cory Shane Mitchell, 18, of the 8400 block of North Henpeck Road, Quinton, were each indicted on one count of carnal knowledge without force with a victim age 13-14 years old during Monday morning circuit court proceedings. The indictment alleges that each man committed the sexual act with the victim on Apr. 1.

In other indictments certified by the grand jury:

–Colleen Elizabeth Buscarino, 24, of the 1200 block of Riverside Drive, Lanexa, on a single count of misdemeanor embezzlement. Buscarino allegedly stole money while employed at Rick’s Deli on Apr. 3.

–Kelly Randall Cage, 59, of the 4300 block of Perks Lane, Charles City, on one charge of possession of a weapon by a nonviolent felon. The defendant allegedly committed the offense on Sept. 20.

–Kenneth Michael Combellack, 36, of the 3500 block of Ivor Street, Hopewell, on one count of possession of a Schedule I/II substance. Combellack allegedly possessed methamphetamine on May 20.

–Michael Alexander Deane, 20, of the 9500 block of Osborne Turnpike, Henrico, on two counts of petty larceny (third or subsequent offense). Deane allegedly stole Beats headphones belonging to Patrick Eller and Grayson Teller on June 25.

–Dejahn Christopher Dixon, 23, of the 3800 block of Stateflower Court, Portsmouth, on one count each of possession of marijuana (greater than one-half ounce but less than five pounds) and misdemeanor reckless driving. The offenses allegedly took place on Aug. 1.

–David Edward English, 33, of the 2200 block of Landing Road, Providence Forge, on a single count of possession of a Schedule I/II substance. English allegedly possessed oxycodone on May 19.

–Garrett Douglas Geouge, 30, of the 13000 block of Hidden Drive, Lanexa, on one count of assault and battery. The offense allegedly took place on July 19.

–George Gonzalez III, 28, of the 2000 block of Aloma Drive, Virginia Beach, on a single count of felony destruction of property. Gonzalez allegedly destroyed property belonging to John Anderson on July 25, causing more than $1,000 in damages.

–Raymond Anfonzo Grimes, 31, of the 500 block of 13th Street, Newport News, on a solo count of felony eluding of police. The offense allegedly took place on June 20.

–Markene DeJuan Jones, 29, of the 3600 block of E. Broad Rock Road, Richmond, on a solo charge of possession of a Schedule I/II substance. The defendant allegedly possessed cocaine on Apr. 28.

–Raymond Wayne Link Jr., 52, of the 7200 block of Creekride Road, Richmond, on one count each of strangulation and misdemeanor assault and battery on a family member. The offenses allegedly took place on Sept. 4.

–Brady Powell Maines, 36, of the 8400 block of Leroy Place, Fairfax, on a single count of possession of a Schedule I/II substance. The defendant was allegedly in possession of heroin on Aug. 14.

–David Earl Miles, 51, of the 11000 block of Riverway Road, Chesterfield, on two counts of grand larceny. Miles allegedly stole $6,000 in cash and two laptop computers belonging to Crystal Collins on March 7.

–Michael Payne Morse, 19, of the 7700 block of Poindexter Road, New Kent, on a single count of malicious wounding. Morse allegedly injured a victim during an altercation on Apr. 14.

–Charles Samuel Pittman, 33, of the 4900 block of Belcher Lane, Barhamsville, on one count each of making a bomb threat (with previous offense 15 or more years ago), possession of a Schedule I/II substance, and misdemeanor possession of a Schedule III substance. The defendant allegedly made the threat during an interaction on Aug. 25 and allegedly was in possession of cocaine, Fentanyl, and Buprenorphine.

–Gerald Anthony Stewart, 27, of the 12000 block of Indian Hill Lane, Providence Forge, on a solo count of possession of a Schedule I/II substance. The defendant allegedly possessed methamphetamine on Sept. 4, 2019.

–Christie Wooten Trisler, 49, of the 7400 block of General Puller Highway, Topping, on one count of felony embezzlement. Trisler allegedly committed the crime while employed at Circle K between Jan. 1-June 30.
