Motorcyclists involved in pursuits among nine indicted in New Kent Circuit Court

Several individuals, including a pair allegedly involved in unrelated felony eluding pursuits while riding motorcycles, were indicted by a New Kent grand jury during Monday morning circuit court proceedings.

–Bryant Maurice Brooks, 36, of the 7400 block of Courthouse Road, Providence Forge, on one count each of felony hit and run and misdemeanor DUI (first offense). The offenses allegedly took place on Aug. 21.

–Tracey Bunting Jr., 31, of the 400 block of North Trellis Court, Newport news, on a lone count of felony eluding of police. Bunting allegedly fled from the police on a motorcycle while traveling on Interstate 64 eastbound on May 11.

–Christopher Erhan Cutrell, 28, of the 8300 block of Brown Avenue, West Point, on a solo charge of possession of a Schedule I/II drug. The defendant allegedly possessed Fentanyl on July 20.

–Stuart Connar Jones Jr., 34, of the 1400 block of N. 20th Street, Richmond, one a single count of felony eluding of police. Jones allegedly fled from officers traveling on Interstate 64 westbound on Aug. 23 while riding a motorcycle.

–Gregory Lynn McMillan, 57, of the 200 block of Curry Drive, Williamsburg, on one count each of DUI (third or subsequent offense) and felony driving revoked. McMillan allegedly committed the offenses on July 17.

–Morgan Lee Mullins, 26, currently of Henrico Jail East, Barhamsville, on one charge of delivering drugs to a prisoner. The defendant allegedly delivered suboxone to a prisoner on July 14.

–Levelle Demario Terry, currently of Henrico Jail East, Barhamsville, on a solo charge of misdemeanor providing a false statement to a law enforcement officer. The offense allegedly took place on Aug. 13.

–William J. Wine, 36, of the 1500 block of Ethridge Road, Richmond, on a single count of construction fraud. Wine allegedly didn’t complete work for Gary Lee McDowell after receiving payment for the services.

–Jessica Wright, 38, of the 5100 block of Hurop Road, Sandston, on a lone charge of possession of a Schedule I/II drug. Wright allegedly possessed heroin on June 22.
