Grand jury indicts two men in Charles City Circuit Court

Two men were indicted by a grand jury as part of Tuesday morning proceedings in Charles City Circuit Court:

–Robert Earl Davis, 32, of the 8200 block of Buffin Road, Richmond, on a solo count of possession of a Schedule I/II drug. Davis allegedly was in possession of methamphetamine on Apr. 30, 2021.

–Adam Michael Sullivan, 35, of the 11000 block of Canora Lane, Providence Forge, on a single count of failing to register as a sex offender (second offense). Sullivan allegedly failed to fill out the necessary documentation on June 1, 2021.
