Indictments certified on more than 20 people in New Kent Circuit Court

More than 20 individuals were indicted by a grand jury as part of Monday morning proceedings in New Kent Circuit Court:

–Bonnie Isabel Baldyga, 35, of the 2600 block of Little Creek Dam Road, Toano, on a single count of possession of a Schedule I/II drug. Baldyga allegedly possessed cocaine on Feb. 7.

–Donesha Shante Bland, 34, of the 3400 block of Walmsley Boulevard, Richmond, on a solo charge of possession of a gun by a nonviolent felon. The offense allegedly occurred on Feb. 28.

–Leroy Delgado Brown Jr., 25, of the 5300 block of Ironbridge Road, North Chesterfield, on one count each of possession of a gun by a nonviolent felon, possession of a firearm while under the instructions of a protective order, and misdemeanor violating a protective order. The offenses allegedly took place on Oct. 20, 2024.

–Jay Scott Burrows, 42, of the 300 block of Manson Drive, Perrysville, Maryland, on a solo charge of possession of a Schedule I/II substance. Burrows was allegedly in possession of cocaine on Jan. 18.

–Robert Lawrence Byers Jr., 26, of the 6700 block of Sassafras Drive, Quinton, on one count each of felony eluding and misdemeanor providing a false identification. Byers allegedly fled police on Pocahontas Trail on Feb. 10, and once he was arrested did not provide truthful information.

–Alonzo Cotman, 58, of the 6700 block of Adkins Road, Providence Forge, on a single charge of felony hit and run. The offense allegedly took place on Oct. 23, 2024.

–Brandon Patrick Davis, 30, of the 16000 block of New Kent Highway, Lanexa, on a single count of possession of a Schedule I/II drug. Davis allegedly possessed Fentanyl on Jan. 7.

–Travon Keonte Debro, 31, of the 300 block of Bonnie Court, Highland Springs, on one charge each of felony eluding and misdemeanor reckless driving. The defendant allegedly initiated a high-speed chase on Feb. 28.

–Ciara Marie Douglas, 26, of the 400 block of 17th Street, West Point, on one charge each of driving while intoxicated (third or subsequent offense) and misdemeanor driving suspended. The offenses allegedly took place on Nov. 29.

–William Emanuel Fleming, 41, of Richmond, on one charge of possession of a gun by a nonviolent felon. The offense allegedly occurred on Nov. 21, 2024.

–Thomas Moody Garner, 32, of the 8000 block of New Kent Highway, New Kent, on a single count of making a bomb threat. Garner allegedly made a threat to burn down a residence on Dec. 3, 2024.

–Ashley Elizabeth Howington, 35, of the 7800 block of Faison Lane, New Kent, on one charge each of possession of a gun while in possession of a Schedule I/II drug, felony child abuse, and misdemeanor driving while intoxicated (second offense). The events allegedly occurred on Nov. 16, 2024.

–Milton Harley Lassiter, 40, of the 13000 block of W Lane, Amelia Court House, on a solo count of possession of a Schedule I/II drug. Lassiter allegedly possessed heroin on Dec. 5, 2024.

–Terrence Tyrese Martin, 25, of the 8700 block of Rugby Road, Manassas, on a lone charge of possession of a Schedule I/II substance. Martin allegedly possessed Fentanyl on July 13, 2024.

–Adrian Gerard Offer, 36, of the 500 block of Woodall Court, on one charge each of assault and battery on a law enforcement officer, felony eluding, and felony hit and run that resulted in injury. The defendant allegedly led a high-speed chase on Nov. 27, 2024, that resulted in an injury to a police officer.

–Sharee Mae Smith, 33, of the 100 block of West Leigh Street, Richmond, one count each of distributing a Schedule I/II substance (second offense) and felony failure-to-appear. Smith allegedy tried to sell illegal narcotics on Apr. 2, 2024.

–Timothy Smith, 58, of the 300 block of E. Virginia Avenue, Crewe, on a single count of felony hit and run. The offense allegedly took place on Dec. 18, 2024.

–Gerald Anthony Stewart, 31, of the 12000 block of Indian Hill Lane, Providence Forge, on a lone count of possession of a Schedule I/II drug. The defendant was allegedly in possession of Fentanyl on Jan. 14.

–Marcus Alexander Strickland, 27, of the 8800 block of Greenwood Boulevard, New Kent, on a solo count of felony child abuse. The offense allegedly took place on Jan. 13.

–Michael Rafaly Tremain, 34, of the 2900 block of West Clay Street, Richmond, on one charge each of possession of a Schedule I/II drug and misdemeanor driving while intoxicated (first offense). Tremain allegedly was in possession of cocaine on Nov. 9, 2024, and operated a vehicle while under the influence.

–Forrest Dillion Tucker, 30, of the 2800 block of New Kent Highway, Quinton, on one count each of extortion, misdemeanor stalking, and misdemeanor violating a protective order. The offenses allegedly took place on Dec. 14, 2024.
