Quinton man indicted on more than 30 charges for sex crimes against minor
A Quinton man who allegedly committed several crimes against a minor in New Kent County has been indicted on more than 30 charges.
Monty Curtis Howard, 24, of the 7000 block of Chestnut Drive, was indicted by a New Kent grand jury on 14 charges of possession of child pornography (second offense), 16 charges of selling obscene material, and one charge each of possession of child pornography (first offense), indecent liberties with a minor, rape of a victim less than the age of 13, sodomy with a victim less than the age of 13, misdemeanor violating a protective order, and misdemeanor assault and battery as part of Monday morning proceedings in New Kent Circuit Court. The indictment alleges the offenses took place on Sept. 3, 2024.
Other certified indictments include:
–John Joseph Bentes, 54, of the 3400 block of Summit Loop, Williamsburg, on one count each of strangulation and misdemeanor assault and battery of a family member. The offenses allegedly took place on Jan. 19.
–Andrew David Berkley, 32, of the 100 block of Berkley Town Road, Lanexa, on one count each of DWI (third or subsequent offense), misdemeanor refusing to take a breathalyzer test (second offense), and misdemeanor driving after forfeiting the license. The offenses allegedly took place on May 13.
–Nathaniel Lee Boltz, 34, of the 7900 block of Point Lookout, West Point, on one count of possession of a gun while in possession of a Schedule I/II drug. The defendant allegedly possessed methamphetamine while in possession of a firearm on Mar. 13.
–Daniel Ryan Carson, 37, of the 700 block of Lanexa Drive, Lanexa, on a solo charge of possession of a gun by a nonviolent felon. The offense allegedly occurred on Feb. 10.
–Travone M. Carter, 27, of Lorton, on one count each of felony eluding and misdemeanor reckless driving. The defendant allegedly initiated a pursuit with high speeds on June 11.
–Dominique Jerome Cooper, 36, of the 1400 block of Wilmington Street, Raleigh, North Carolina, on a solo charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle. Cooper allegedly used a vehicle belonging to Stacy Bradley without the victim’s consent on May 2.
–Brandon Keith Davis, 34, of the 2000 block of Tillage Lane, Gloucester, on a solo count of possession of a Schedule I/II drug. The defendant allegedly possessed methamphetamine on Dec. 18, 2024.
–Justin Adam Harrison, 42, of the 100 block of West Bay Avenue, Norfolk, on a single count of possession of a Schedule I/II drug. Harrison allegedly was in possession of methamphetamine on Mar. 29.
–Shayna Elizabeth Hudgins, 30, of the 400 block of Partridge Landing Road, Shacklefords, on one count each of possession of a Schedule I/II drug and misdemeanor petty larceny. Hudgins allegedly stole items from the Pilot Travel Center on Dec. 18, 2024 and was in possession of methamphetamine at the time of her arrest.
–Christopher Andre’ Jackmon, 52, of the 300 block of Tysinger Drive, Hampton, on one charge each of felony eluding and misdemeanor reckless driving. The offenses allegedly occurred on Apr. 5.
–Javonne Damon Jordan, 28, of the 20 block of M Street NE, Washington D.C., on one count each of possession of a stolen vehicle, felony eluding, felony hit and run, felony child abuse, being a fugitive of the law, and misdemeanor reckless driving. Jordan allegedly was in a black Dodge Charger with the knowledge that it had been stolen and led a high-speed chase in New Kent County.
–Andre’ Levi Lucas Jr., 35, currently of Henrico Jail East, on a lone charge of possession of a deadly weapon by a prisoner. The offense allegedly took place on July 22, 2024.
–Gary Watkins Manning III, 32, of the 5900 block of High Dale Circle, Alexandria, on one count each of felony eluding or misdemeanor reckless driving. The offenses allegedly took place on Nov. 23, 2024.
–Emily Caitlin O’Bier, 30, of the 6000 block of Fawnlake Court, New Kent, on a solo charge of possession of a Schedule I/II drug. O’Bier allegedly was in possession of methamphetamine on June 30, 2024.
–Makye Samuel Piercy, 20, of the 7100 block of Lovegrass Court, Quinton, on a single count of rape. The offense allegedly occurred on Nov. 9, 2024.
–Jeremy William Roscoe, 41, of the 500 block of Old Hertford Highway, Elizabeth City, North Caroline, on a single count of assault and battery on a family member (third offense). The allegation stems from an Apr. 27 incident.
–Erica Katelyn Siefring, 33, of the 1400 block of Moorefield Road, West Point, on one charge each of possession of a gun while in possession of a Schedule I/II drug, possession of a Schedule I/II drug, and felony failure to appear. The defendant allegedly was in possession of cocaine and a gun on Dec. 28, 2024.
–Anthony Francis Velella, 48, of the 7400 block of Lakeshore Drive, Quinton, on a single count possession of a Schedule I/II substance. The defendant allegedly possessed methamphetamine on Nov. 13, 2024.
–Richard Lee Williamson, 58, of the 2700 block of Kimball Lane, Quinton, on two counts of possession or transport of a weapon by a violent felon and one count of misdemeanor intent to sell a weapon. The defendant allegedly tried to sell brass knuckles on Jan. 19.
