Sandston man indicted for allegedly harassing victim in New Kent County
A Sandston man who allegedly harassed an individual multiple times has been indicted on several charges following Monday morning proceedings in New Kent Circuit Court.
Robert Steven Maxey, 63, of the 3200 block of Portugee Road, was indicted on five counts of violation of a protective order, three counts of threatening by writing, and a single charge of misdemeanor failure to appear by a New Kent grand jury. In Aug. 2024, Maxey allegedly attempted to contact the victim several times after being instructed not to, with further attempts being made by written contact occurring in Feb. 2025.
In other indictments certified by the grand jury:
–Timothy Randolph Alexander, 48, of the 1400 block of Moorefield Road, West Point, on a solo charge of possession of a Schedule I/II drug. Alexander was allegedly in possession of cocaine on Dec. 28, 2024.
–Shaheim Divine Allen, 26, of the 3900 block of Inspiration Arch, Virginia Beach, on a single count of felony eluding. The offense allegedly took place on Jan. 20.
–Christopher Scott Call, 30, of the 300 block of Knight Drive, Richmond, on two counts of assault and battery on a law enforcement officer, one count of misdemeanor battery on emergency personnel, and misdemeanor public intoxication. The offenses allegedly occurred on July 17.
–Kasey Dale Hartsoe, 34, of the 10000 block of Continental Road, Quinton, on one count each of DWI (third or subsequent offense), felony driving revoked, misdemeanor driving while suspended, and misdemeanor refusing to take a breathalyzer test (second or subsequent offense). The offenses allegedly occurred on July 17.
–Amy Katrina Harvey, 46, of the 800 block of Martin Town Road, St. Stephens Church, on a single count of possession of a Schedule I/II drug. The defendant was allegedly in possession of oxycodone on Aug. 24, 2024.
–Dennis Wayne Hunt, 64, of the 7100 block of Kentmore Road, Lanexa, on a single charge of possession of a Schedule I/II drug. The defendant was allegedly in possession of Gamma-Butyrolactone on Apr. 18.
–David Lee James, 40, of the 8000 block of Airport Road, Quinton, on a lone count of possession of a Schedule I/II substance. James was allegedly in possession of cocaine on June 24.
–Jamal Anthony Johnson, 34, of the 4800 block of Aberdeen Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland, on one count each of destruction of property, felony hit and run, and misdemeanor driving while intoxicated (first offense). Johnson allegedly drove away from the scene of an accident after hitting a crash truck belonging to the McGowan Group on July 20, 2023.
–Samantha Kay Johnson, 39, of the 8400 block of Old Roxbury Road, Quinton, on a lone count of possession of a Schedule I/II drug. The defendant was allegedly in possession of methamphetamine on May 22.
–Donald William Lewis, 68, of the 6800 block of Sassafras Road, Quinton, on a single count of felony driving revoked. The defendant allegedly committed the offense on July 16.
–Charlie Mitchell, 50, of the 2200 block of Mandalay Drive, Richmond, on one charge of driving while intoxicated (third or subsequent offense). The offense allegedly took place on July 29.
–Jonathan Matthew Nicholson, 37, of the 50 block of Snowhill Lane, King William, on a lone charge of possession of ammunition by a convicted felon. The defendant allegedly committed the offense on July 30.
–Christopher Michael Pitts, 33, of the 600 block of Plain View Lane, Shacklefords, on a single count of possession of a Schedule I/II drug. Pitts was allegedly in possession of cocaine on Aug. 23.
–Brian Robert Satterwhite, 37, of the 2200 block of S. Landing Road, Providence Forge, on a lone charge of driving while intoxicated (third or subsequent offense). The incident allegedly took place on Mar. 15.
–Tacara Skeeter-Wilson, 36, of the 2100 block of E. Roger Peed Drive, Newport News, on a single count of felony eluding. The offense allegedly occurred on Apr. 14.
–Shawn Patrick Tracy, 35, of the 1400 block of Outpost Road, Lanexa, on a solo charge of felony child abuse. The offense allegedly took place on Aug. 20.
–Austin J. Tyler Dimowski, 26, of the 6200 block of Emmaus Church Road, Providence Forge, on one count each of possession of a Schedule I/II substance and misdemeanor reckless driving. The defendant was allegedly in possession of cocaine on June 10 and operated a vehicle in a reckless manner.
–Bray Douglas Wiggins, 24, of the 7800 block of New Kent Highway, New Kent, on a single charge of possession of a Schedule I/II drug. Wiggins was allegedly in possession of cocaine on Oct. 8, 2024.
