Quinton woman indicted on sex trafficking charges in New Kent

A Quinton woman who was the subject of an investigation involving allegedly aiding with prostitution of a minor has been indicted by a New Kent grand jury.

Victoria Anne Creps, 27, of the 8300 block of Plum Grove Drive, was indicted on one count each of sex trafficking and aiding with the prostitution of a minor during Monday morning proceedings in New Kent Circuit Court.

According to the indictment, Creps was an individual subject to an investigation stemming from a Mar. 15, 2025 incident. The investigation led to her subsequent arrest and the aforementioned indictments.

In other indictments certified by the grand jury:

–Javon Chrishod Alston, 19, of the 6500 block of Balsam Road, Richmond, on one count each of breaking and entering and grand larceny. The defendant allegedly stole a 2022 Yamaha motorcycle on Oct. 21, 2025.

–Christopher Victor Averett, 54, of the 100 block of N. 16th Avenue, Hopewell, on one count each of forging a bank note, misdemeanor bad check larceny, and misdemeanor obtaining money by false pretenses. The defendant allegedly cashed a bad check at Lanexa Plaza and obtained money from the transaction.

–Michael Adam Davis, 53, of the 6400 block of Maple Road, Quinton, on a solo charge of possession of a Schedule I/II substance. Davis was allegedly in possession of cocaine on June 14, 2025.

–Michael David King, 34, of the 300 block of Colony Road, Newport News, on two counts of possession of a Schedule I/II substance and misdemeanor driving while intoxicated (first offense). The defendant was allegedly in possession of methamphetamine during an Oct. 23, 2025 traffic stop after he was suspected of driving while intoxicated.

–Christopher E. McEachin, 37, of the 13000 block of Lake Tree Drive, Chester, on one count each of driving while intoxicated (fourth offense within 10 years), felony driving revoked, and misdemeanor reckless driving. The offenses allegedly occurred on Jan. 4.

–Rebekah McGraw, 52, of the 3700 block of Mountain Road, Glen Allen, on one charge each of possession of a Schedule I/II substance and misdemeanor driving while intoxicated (first offense). McGraw was allegedly in possession of cocaine while operating a vehicle on Dec. 19, 2025.

–Fawn Leeann Morel, 43, of the 5400 block of Airport Road, Williamsburg, on one charge of forging a bank note. The offense allegedly took place on Nov. 19, 2025.

–Devin Joseph Pardun, 46, of the 5900 block of Hingham Drive, New Kent, on 14 counts of misdemeanor violation of a protective order, and one count each of abduction, misdemeanor assault and battery of a family member, and misdemeanor obstruction of justice. The offenses allegedly took place on Sept. 27, 2025.

–Jacob Andrew Rivera, 25, of the 10000 block of Continental Road, Quinton, on one count each of malicious wounding, use of a firearm in commission of a felony, buying a firearm while under a protective order, misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon, misdemeanor reckless handling of a firearm, misdemeanor brandishing of a firearm, and misdemeanor violating a protective order. The offenses allegedly took place on Dec. 14, 2025.

–Herbert Eugene Smith, 52, of the 500 block of Harbour North Drive, Chesapeake, on a solo charge of possession of a Schedule I/II substance. The defendant allegedly possessed Fentanyl on May 27, 2024.

–John Hubbard Taylor, 44, of the 13000 block of Eppes Falls Road, Chesterfield, on a single count of malicious wounding. The offense allegedly occurred on Aug. 29, 2025.

–Feliciano Tzey-Sucuc, 37, of the 10000 block fo Comanche Lane, Glen Allen, on one count each of grand theft auto and felony failure to appear. The defendant allegedly stole a motor vehicle belonging to Ozlam Marie Schoppe on Sept. 20, 2024 and didn’t appear for the original trial date in general district court.
