Gloucester duo indicted for drug possession in New Kent County

A pair of Gloucester residents have been indicted for allegedly having drugs in New Kent County.

Desiree Christiane Garcia, 32, and William Cody West, 33, both of the 6800 block of Cherokee Lane, have been indicted on one charge of possession of a Schedule I/II substance following Monday morning grand jury proceedings in New Kent Circuit Court. The duo was allegedly in possession of methamphetamine on Mar. 19.

In other circuit court matters certified by the grand jury:

–Anthony Orlando Donner, 63, of the 2100 block of Hull Street, Richmond, on one charge of possession of a Schedule I/II drug. Donner was allegedly in possession of heroin on Feb. 19.

–Jonathan Lee Forrester, 48, of the 6600 block of Putney Mill Road, New Kent, on a lone count of possession of a Schedule I/II substance. The defendant was allegedly in possession of cocaine on Jan. 7.

–Xavier Steven Galloway, 21, of the 3100 block of Roanoke Avenue, Newport News, on a single charge of felony eluding. Galloway allegedly led a chase beginning on Eltham Road and continued on New Kent Highway on Apr. 9.

–Rowan Mitchell Greene, 19, of the 6800 block of Weedon Drive, Fredericksburg, on a lone count of felony eluding. Greene allegedly fled from police on Interstate 64 on Apr. 18.

–Tyler Devante Neufville, 33, of the 8400 block of Samaria Lane, Providence Forge, on a single count of possession of a Schedule I/II drug. Neufville was allegedly in possession of cocaine on Nov. 24, 2025.

–Wayland Bernard O’Bier Jr., 48, of the 10000 block of Old Towne Lane, New Kent, on one charge of suffocation. The offense allegedly occurred on Jan. 1.

–Michael Edward Orarekpe, 29, formerly of Virginia Beach, on a solo count of unauthorized use of a vehicle. Orarekpe allegedly used a vehicle belonging to Antonette Campbell and Kizzy Annetta without their permission on May 17.

–Xavier Leonard Roberts, 28, of the 600 block of Brookside Court, Virginia Beach, on a single charge of possession of a Schedule I/II substance. The defendant was allegedly in possession of amphetamine on Dec. 23, 2025.

–Jessika Elise Robinson, 36, of the 1900 block of Coggin Street, Petersburg, on a solo count of possession of a weapon by a convicted felon. The defendant was allegedly in possession of a stun gun on Mar. 21.

–Stephen Lee Russell, 37, of the 1000 block of Hannah Street, Norfolk, on one charge of possession of a deadly weapon by a prisoner. The allegation states that Russell was in possession of a razor blade while being a prisoner of Henrico Jail East on Mar. 24.

–Ashlie Lynn Wandrei, 43, of the 6400 block of Oak Drive, Quinton, on one charge of failure to register as a sex offender (second offense). The offense allegedly occurred on Nov. 1, 2019.
