Chris D. Via

Chris D. Via, 18, of Quinton, Va., passed away Oct. 15, 2015.

He was a 2015 graduate of New Kent High School. Chris was a very outgoing, gentle, free-spirited young man who always had a smile on his face.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Brenda Via, and aunt, Sandy Womack.

He is survived by his parents, Chris and Jenny Via; a sister, Caitlynn Via; grandparents, Betty Hague, Walter Hague, and Robert Via; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A funeral service was held on Tuesday, Oct. 20, 1 p.m., at Vincent Funeral Home, 9923 Pocahontas Trail, Providence Forge, Va., 23140. The family received friends from 12-1 p.m. on Tuesday before the funeral at the funeral home. Interment was held at Providence United Methodist Church Cemetery in Quinton, Va.
