Granton Hiawatha Adkins

Granton “Grant” Hiawatha Adkins, 49, went to be with the Lord on April 4, 2018.

Grant will be remembered for his heart of gold, great sense of humor, singing, guitar playing, and the love he had for his children, grandchildren, family, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Granton and Fay Adkins; maternal grandparents, Lloyd and Varina Adkins; and paternal grandparents, E. Hiawatha, Doris, and Lucian Adkins.

He is survived by his four loving children, Ryan (Heather), Leah (John), Tiffany (Jamie) and Samantha; grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Hailee, John, Jonah, Layla, Conner, and Landen; brother, Jody; nephew, Logan; honorary brother, Shawn Adkins; along with many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

The family is respecting Grant’s wishes for no services. However, they are asking for all who knew him to remember him as the great man he was and to take comfort that he had been reunited with his parents and his best friend, his dad, Granton. Tributes may be posted at www.vincentfh.com.
