Judy Lowe

Judy Lowe, 66, of Charles City, passed away on Monday, October 3, 2016. She had recently moved to Carswell, West Virginia.

Judy was preceded in death by her father, Joshua Hagerman; brother, Jack Hagerman; and three grandsons, Eric, James, and Austin.

She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Gary Lowe; mother, Hattie Hagerman; three daughters, Tonya Williams (Butchie), Kim Burks and her fiancee’ (Dave), Donna Chandler (Mike); two sons, Ronnie Presnell and Shane Lowe (Jen); grandchildren Raymie and Joshua Williams; Megan, Raven and Nora Lee Burks; Chris, Katelyn, Ally, and Kodie Chandler; Chris, Ashton, Peyton, Olivia, Tripp, Benson, George, Robert, Dylan, Amber, and Tyler Lowe; brothers and sisters, Herman, Larry, Bruce, Glen, Ty, Yvonne, Margenna, Shirlene, Huby, Lynard, Agnes, and Donna Joe. Judy also leaves behind a large host of beloved friends, nieces, nephews, and cousins to cherish her memory.

A funeral was held on Friday, Oct. 7, 2016 at Widener Funeral Home Chapel in Northfork, West Virginia. Her beautiful soul was laid to rest at the Hagerman Cemetery Mud Fork in Falls Mills, Virginia.
