Katelyn Marie Perger

Katelyn Marie Perger, 23, of King William, Virginia, passed away on Dec. 16, 2020, on her way to work driving “Ole Molly”.

Katelyn was a proud graduate of King William High School and the University of Mary Washington. She was employed as a pharmacy technician at CVS and worked part time at Food Lion. Always dedicated to her family, she shared many smiles and laughter with those close to her. Katelyn was ruled by her heart of gold. She loved to cook, shop, go to the beach, and fish on her father’s boat; but she hated to clean her room.

Katelyn is survived by her parents, Joseph Perger Jr. (Meaghan) and Cheryl Sligh (John); grandparents, Joseph Perger Sr. (Janice) and Patricia Stewart; sisters, Lily, Leslie, Renee, and Tabitha; brother, Charlie; cousins, Lauren, Hailey, along with many others; aunts, Vicki and Elizabeth; uncles, John, Jerry, and Matt; her closest friend, Sarah; longtime high school sweetheart, Cody; and dog, Base.

Katelyn will be forever missed by her family and friends.
