Kimberly Ann Clark

Kimberly Ann Clark, 68, of Quinton, Virginia, went home to be with the Lord on Feb. 1, 2022.

Kim was originally born in Cumberland, Maryland, and met her husband, Bill, in Northern Virginia and eventually moved to Quinton in 1980.

Kim loved butterflies, gardening, tending to her flowers, and working with stones. But most of all, Kim cherished being a loving “Mamie” to her granddaughters. She volunteered at the Providence Forge Rescue squad in her earlier years as a dispatcher and was a member of Corinth Baptist Church for over 30 years. Kim made friends through Corinth Baptist Church while living in Woodhaven Shores.

Kim is survived by her husband of 48 years, William “Bill” Clark; her daughter, Aimee Stevens (R.C.); two granddaughters, Hailey and Faith Stevens; a brother, Milton R. Lease Jr.; her stepsisters, Linda, Cecelia, JoAnn, and Terry; her nephews, Billy, Joe (Leanne), James (Bahar), and David Lease; numerous great-nephews and nieces; sister-in-law, Debi Clark Kennedy (Dave); her lifetime friend from childhood, Cathy Berry (Bill); and Cinnamon Love, her four-legged constant companion who looks for her every time the door opens and misses her terribly. She will also be missed by longtime friends Peggy Lyon (Kenny), and Linda Pridgen (David).

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, Feb. 12, 1 p.m. at Corinth Baptist Church, 11650 New Kent Highway, New Kent, VA 23124. The family will receive friends from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. prior to service. Burial will follow in the Corinth Baptist Church Cemetery and may be followed by light refreshments in the fellowship hall.

Kim loved flowers, but in lieu of them, donations may be made to Corinth Baptist Church Flower Committee in her memory. Tributes may be posted at www.vincentfh.com.
