Noelle Reinhard-Howard

Noelle Reinhard-Howard, 31, of New Kent, passed away on Apr. 15, 2019, left her earthly body after a long battle with cancer and exchanged it for a robe of pure heavenly life and is now with her Creator and Heavenly Father.

Noelle was born on Nov. 12, 1987. She graduated from New Kent High School in 2006. She worked as an infant development specialist for the local community services board.

Noelle leaves behind her husband of seven years and high school sweetheart Joe “JoJo” Howard; a four-year old son, Liam; and one-year old daughter, Stella J.

A Celebration of Life service was held on Saturday, Apr. 20, 2 p.m. at Bethany United Methodist Church, 3700 Lee Highway, Weyers Cave, Virginia.
