Tommy G. Shumaker Jr., 68, of New Kent, VA, passed away May 9, 2015. Tommy started his career as an auto body repair man at the age of 15, and later was the founder and owner of Tommy’s Body Shop and Quinton Motor Co. in New Kent for over 20 years. He took his knowledge to Richmond Technical Center and taught the trade for 8 years. Joseph “Tyler” Russell, born August 24, 1991, departed this life on April 15, 2015 to join his father, Michael “Shaun” Russell, and his grandfather, Frank C. Russell III. They were both preceded in death by him. Tyler leaves behind his mother, Diane Russell, his grandmother, Ashley S.
