Robert W. Bowers Jr,. “Bill”, 87, of West Point, passed away on August 25, 2014. Bill was born in Rock Hill, South Carolina on September 30, 1926. He served in the United States Navy from 1944 to 1946. He retired from the Virginia Air National Guard with over 30 years service. In earlier years, Bill was an avid boater and firearms enthusiast. He also enjoyed NASCAR racing. Craig Nolan Leggett, 50, of Williamsburg, died suddenly on July 19, 2014. Craig had a great love for his family, surfing, motorcycling, golf, horses, and beer. He was very active and supportive of his children and had a close relationship with his family. Craig worked over 20 years as a machinist at Standex Engraving of Richmond, VA. Betty Lee Ellsworth, 85, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 2, 2014. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Gordon R. Ellsworth and their beloved daughter Sherry Ellsworth. She was the daughter of the late Glenn and Ruth Thompson of Weirton, West Virginia, and was preceded in death by her beloved little brother “Pudgy” and little sisters Martha and Joan.
