Steven McLaughlin

Steven McLaughlin, 67, of Quinton, Virginia, passed away peacefully in his home on Jan. 20, 2024.

Steven was born on Mar. 29, 1956, the oldest child to Bert and Elsie McLaughlin. He was a member of Providence United Methodist Church. Steven was a stranger to no one. As a people person, he would often be seen in conversation with anyone around and never ran an errand without seeing someone he knew.

Steven is preceded in death by his father, Bert E. McLaughlin; sister, Theresa M. Smith; and nephew, Jason A. Meade.

He is survived by his mother, Elsie S. McLaughlin; brother, Mark E. McLaughlin (Kimberly); a hose of nieces, nephews, and countless members of extended family and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, Mar. 23, 2024, 2 p.m., at Providence United Methodist Church, 4001 New Kent Highway, Quinton, Virginia 23141.
