New Kent’s Lady Trojan tennis team swept singles and won all but one doubles match in defeating West Point’s visiting Pointers 8-1 on Tuesday.

Singles: Morris (NK) d. Hagen 8-3; VanderPoorte (NK) d. Sheffield 9-8 (7-5); Sledd (NK) d. Beatty 9-7; Wayman (NK) d. Prince 8-0; Miles (NK) d. Lee 8-5; Williams (NK) d. Hodges 8-3.

Doubles: Morris/Sledd (NK) d. Hagen/Sheffield 8-4; Ilch/Claytor (NK) d. Beatty/Lee 8-1; Prince/Hodges (WP) d. Storey/Holt 9-8 (7-4).
