Freedom Martial Arts takes home overall title

Freedom Martial Arts Olympic sports team participated in the East Coast Opening Tae Kwon Do tournament on Nov. 8 in Annandale. Sierra Altizer emerged as the overall winner, receiving the Grand Championship Trophy for first place finishes in sparring, breaking, and forms. The nine athletes brought home a total of 26 trophies, including the trophy for being the top overall team that was presented by Supreme Grand Master Kang.
