The New Kent Trojan golf team continues to rack up the hardware.

The Trojans shot a 312 at Shenandoah Golf Club to bring home the 3A East Regional Title on Oct. 1. The team fought off the elements to outdistance runner-up Warhill by 15 strokes.

Robb Kinder finished second overall, posting a round of 75 while teammates Cole Baldwin (76-3rd), and Parker Wallace (77-6th) were hot on his heels to finish in the top 10. Bryce Paige and Jackson Gray each posted a score of 84, while Ted Gentile shot a round of 86 to help propel the Trojans to the top spot.

Kinder, Baldwin, and Wallace each received first team accolades for the 3A East Regional team. The Trojans will now advance to the 3A State Tournament on Oct. 12-13 in Abingdon.
