New Kent’s Mills wins state 3A diving championship

New Kent sophomore Alexa “Lexi” Mills won the state diving title during the Virginia 3A swimming and diving championships held Thursday night in Richmond.

Mills is New Kent’s first athlete to compete in diving. She adds the 3A state title to her recent championships on the Conference 25 and 3A East Region levels.
