New Kent wrestles to another regional championship

New Kent High School’s wrestling team claimed the 3A Regional Championships during a two-day meet on Feb. 2-3 at I.C. Norcom High School. The team will be sending 13 wrestlers to the Group 3A State Championships that will take place Feb. 16-17 at Churchland High School in Portsmouth. Individual champions of the Trojans are Brayden Hohman, Shane Weimer, Gannon Jones, Brandon Bauman, Jason Godbey, and Trent Ragland.
