Harrell leaves New Kent head football coach position
New Kent High School is now looking for a new head football coach to lead the program into the 2018-19 season.
After three years at the helm, former head coach Clark Harrell has accepted a position at Riverbend High School. Harrell took over the New Kent program after leaving Smithfield. He led the Trojans to a 10-20 record over three seasons. The ten wins are equal to the number of victories the team earned in the seven years prior to his arrival.
