CCPR softball champions

Country Gentlemen (pictured) emerged as the lower league tournament and regular season champions of Charles City County Parks and Recreation softball league after claiming the championship on Aug. 26. Dave Nuckols was named as MVP of the league. The upper league’s tournament and regular season was won by The Players with Danny Jones being named as the MVP.
