De Luca named racing secretary for Colonial Downs

Allison De Luca has been announced as the new racing secretary for Colonial Downs in New Kent.

De Luca’s primary duties will be assisting with Colonial Downs’ transition back into live horse racing. Live thoroughbred racing is scheduled to return on Aug. 8, with the facility itself opening up in April.
