Hall of Fame horse

Count Shiloh (right), a horse owned by New Kent resident Mary Howell (riding on horse at left) became the newest member of the American Endurance Ride Conference’s Hall of Fame. The 27-year old half-Arabian, half quarter-horse received the honor on March 10. Count Shiloh has completed more than 5,500 miles in distance competition with 11 career wins.
