Racing returns to Colonial Downs

Speed App (8), ridden by Horacio Karamonos, leads a pack in second race during the first live day of horse racing at Colonial Downs on Aug. 8. Approximately 3,000 people attended the reopening to see 10 races with purses ranging from $30,000-$70,000 for winners.
