All-Region First Team in basketball

Charles City guard Kameron Johnson (left) was selected as a First Team member of the 1A Region A boys’ basketball squad. Johnson, a junior, led the Panthers in scoring this year, including eclipsing the 1,000-point barrier. Accompanying Johnson is Charles City head coach Terrell Brooks (right).
