‘Rookie of the Year’

New Kent County Board is Supervisors chairwoman Patricia Paige (left) presents Randolph College and New Kent High School Class of 2019 graduate Jacqueline Clardy-Josephs (right) a proclamation in recognition of being named the college’s “Rookie of the Year.” The former Lady Trojan set five school records in the sports of cross-country and indoor track and field in distance events while being named to the all cross-country team in the Old Dominion Athletic Conference.
