New Kent wrestling remains unbeaten in Bay Rivers District

After a rare setback loss at Skyline High School this past weekend, New Kent’s Wrestling Trojans rebounded with wins over Poquoson and Smithfield to remain undefeated in Bay Rivers District action.

The highlight of the contest was Nick Vafiadis pinning two opponents to reach the 100-win milestone in his career.

New Kent improves to 16-1 overall.
