Wrestling with the best in Ohio

New Kent High School’s Nick Vafiadis (second from left) and Dom Baker (second from right) each placed in the prestigious Ironman Wrestling Tournament held at Walsh Jesuit wrestling tournament in Akron, Ohio this past weekend. The Trojans finished in 19th place over, led by Baker’s third place finish in the 165-pound category and Vafiadis sixth place finish in the 157-pound group. Also participating for New Kent were Kyle Gibson, Matthew Eberly, Patrick Jordon, Evan Holloway, and Trace Ragland.
