A nice ‘ring’ to it

New Kent High School’s Lady Trojans 2021-2022 softball team show off their state championship rings during halftime of the New Kent-Grafton boys’ basketball game on Jan. 25. The team compiled a record of 25-1, defeating Lord Botetourt 3-0 in the title game to capture the school’s first title in the sport.
