Three Charles City High School athletes earn all-district recognition

A trio of Charles City High School athletes were selected to Tidewater All-District teams in their respective sports.

Sophomore Damian Barnes Jr. was named to the First Team Tidewater All-District in football as a punter. Senior teammate Justin Post-Parada earned Second Team accolades at the linebacker position.

In girls’ volleyball, sophomore Jaela Smith was named as a member of the Tidewater All-District second team.
