New Kent defeats Lakeland in first round of girls’ regional tennis tournament

New Kent’s Lady Trojans defeated the Lakeland Lady Cavaliers during the first round of the Region 3A tournament on May 19. The Lady Trojans season came to an end on May 20 as they fell at Tabb in the regional semifinals.
