Peponitas Pine Creek, ridden by Donnie Gill (above) and owned by Carl K. Miles Jr. of Charles City (right), won the Virginia Bred all-age Reining Horse Futurity best-in-show at the Meadow Fairgrounds in Doswell on Sept. 13.
