New Kent Elementary School science fair

New Kent Elementary School held its annual science fair on Apr. 25. More than 50 entries participated, with grades three to five earning recognition. Above, grade five winners are Lydia Woodall (1st), Serena Herring (2nd), and Lanie Zuzma (3rd). Not pictured is Clara DiLandro, who received recognition for best presentation among fifth graders.

Fourth grade winners are Jillian Wilson (1st), Jessica Wilson (2nd), and Scarlette Voelker (3rd).

Third grade winners are Emily Lamb (1st), Lauren Curry (2nd), and Colin Smolnik (3rd).
