Students recognized by JMU for Fall 2022 academic success

Several local residents who attend James Madison University earned academic recognition for the Fall 2022 semester.

Hannah Sweeney of Quinton, Larsen Stewart of Providence Forge, and Kaylei Kipper of Providence Forge, were named to the President’s List. To be recognized to the group, a student must earn a grade-point average of 3.9 or higher.

Brianna Bartlett and Allison Sours, both of Quinton, Haley Holland and Ellie Gray, both of Providence Forge, Akira Hicks of Lanexa, and Norah Murray of New Kent, were named to the Dean’s List during the past semester. In order to be recognized for the accolade, a student must earned a grade-point average of 3.5 or higher.
