LaSertoma Youth Service Award

Ella Joel, a senior at New Kent High School, has been named as the recipient of the 2023 Bottom of the Bridge LaSertoma Youth Service Award. Joel was recognized with a scholarship check for her assistance in working with adults that have disabilities and the impact they have had on her life.
