‘May Day’ in Charles City

The Young at Heart social group in Charles City hosted ‘May Day’ on May 1 at the Charles City Parks and Recreation Center. The event commemorated the end of Winter season, with a focus on the rejuvenation of nature. The day concluded with seniors wrapping the ceremonial May pole.
