Individuals in unrelated robberies of ABC Store indicted by New Kent grand jury

Two individuals who allegedly robbed a Quinton ABC Store in unrelated cases have been indicted by a New Kent grand jury following Monday morning circuit court proceedings.

Demetrius Perry, 28, of the 1400 block of Goff Street, Norfolk, was indicted on one count each of robbery by force and intent to sell property. The allegations say that Perry stole beverages from the ABC Store an attempted to sell them on Jan. 19.

In an unrelated case, Asia Jarvis, 31, of the 1400 block of Deep Creek Boulevard, was indicted on four counts of intent to sell stolen property, and two counts each of robbery by force and grand larceny. Jarvis allegedly stole alcohol from the ABC Store on Sept. 18, 2022, with intentions to sell the product.

In other indictments certified by the grand jury:

–Jamahl Rennelle Burch, 42, of 8 Parkway Drive, Hampton, on one count each of carrying a concealed weapon (second offense) and misdemeanor reckless driving. Burch allegedly drove a vehicle in a dangerous way and when arrested, had a weapon in his possession out of the view of authorities.

–Matthew Taylor Eddy, 32, of the 5000 block of N. Warriner Road, Henrico, on a solo charge of possession of a Schedule I/II drug. The defendant allegedly possessed methamphetamine on Mar. 1.

–William Fleming, 45, of the 3400 block of E. Marshall Street, Richmond, on a lone count of possession of a weapon by a violent felon. The offense allegedly occurred on May 2.

–Harvey Lee Garrison, 36, of the 6300 block of Landon Wood Way, Greenwood, on one count each of possession of a Schedule I/II substance and distribution of a drug for profit. Garrison allegedly was in possession of methamphetamine on May 21 and attempted to sell the substance for money.

–Matthew Ray Howell, 29, of the 7800 block of Berkely Drive, Gloucester Point, on two counts of possession of a Schedule I/II drug, and one count each of misdemeanor DUI on drugs (first offense) and misdemeanor DWI (second offense). Howell allegedly operated a vehicle under the influence of drugs and was in possession of Fentanyl and Cocaine on dates ranging between Sept. 7, 2022 and Mar. 29 of this year.

–Dartanyon Carnel Nelson, 33, of the 5400 block of Church Road, Bowie, Maryland, on one count each of possession of a Schedule I/II substance and misdemeanor DUI (first offense). Nelson allegedly operated a vehicle while under the influence of a drug or alcohol and was discovered to be in possession of cocaine on May 15.

–Seth Allen Przepiora Jr., 21, of the 1400 block of Winslow Avenue, Chesapeake, on one count each of possession of a gun by a nonviolent felon, possession of a gun while in possession of a Schedule I/II drug, and possession of a Schedule I/II drug. Przepiora allegedly possessed oxycodone on Mar. 17 and when he was arrested, also had a gun.

–Kiana Marie Sanders, 28, of the 1300 block of East Longview Drive, Woodbridge, on one charge each of felony eluding of police and misdemeanor reckless driving. The offenses allegedly took place on July 10.

–Bryce Michael Satterfield, 21, of the 500 block of Maple Road, Yorktown, on one charge each of possession of a Schedule I/II substance while in possession of a gun, and possession of a Schedule I/II substance. Satterfield allegedly possessed both a gun and Adderall on Nov. 30, 2022.

–Crystal Rose Southers, 30, of the 6800 block of Woodpecker Road, Chesterfield, on a solo charge of possession of a Schedule I/II drug. The defendant allegedly possessed methamphetamine on Mar. 17.

–Trevor Lee Tutwiler, 29, of the 10000 block of Gregory Avenue, Glen Allen, on a lone count of felony eluding of police. The offense allegedly took place on June 11.

–Christopher Michael Whitley, 38, of the 1300 block of Wiley Lewis Road, Greensboro, North Carolina, on one charge each of felony eluding and misdemeanor DUI (first offense). The indictment alleges the offenses took place on Aug. 7.
