New Kent grand jury certifies several indictments during Monday proceedings in New Kent Circuit Court

A New Kent grand jury certified several indictments as part of Monday proceedings in New Kent Circuit Court:

–George Michael Adams II, 34, of the 6300 block of Hickory Fork Road, Gloucester, on one count each of driving under the influence while suspended (third within 10 years) and driving revoked (felony related-second or subsequent offense). The offenses allegedly took place on May 1.

–Willard Lionel Maurice Chapman, 48, of the 8500 block of Courthouse Road, Providence Forge, on a lone charge of possession of a Schedule I/II drug. The defendant allegedly possessed cocaine on Feb. 13.

–Shawn Lamarcus Chavious, 47, of the 2900 block of Oswald Drive, West Columbia, South Carolina, on one charge each of breaking and entering and petty larceny. Chavious allegedly broke into a building belonging to Paul Robinson and stole a Nimbot laser printer belonging to Cities Underground, toilet paper, and garbage bags on Feb. 14.

–Joyce Elizabeth Doughty, 46, of the 300 block of Carrie Lane, Shacklefords, on one count each of possession of a Schedule I/II substance and felony failure-to-appear. Doughty allegedly possessed methamphetamine on Nov. 9, 2023, and failed to show up for a preliminary court date.

–Felix John Gill, 49, of the 1200 block of Grapevine Road, Sandston, on three counts of possession of a Scheduel I/II drug. The defendant allegedly possessed methamphetamine on Feb. 5.

–Heidi Page Hanson, 34, of 4100 block of East Williamsburg Road, Sandston, on one charge each of possession of a Schedule I/II drug and misdemeanor providing false identification to a police officer. Hanson allegedly possessed methamphetamine on July 27, 2023, and gave the investigating officer a fake name.

–Lee Ann Grimm, 31, of the 9700 block of Swinging Bridge Road, Quinton, on a lone charge of grand theft auto. The defendant allegedly stole a motor vehicle belonging to Rita Anderson-Richardson on Oct. 28, 2023.

–Sara Elizabeth Hooks, 32, of the 600 block of Aqua Vista Drive, Newport News, on two counts of possession of a Schedule I/II drug. The defendant allegedly possessed heroin and cocaine on Dec. 31, 2023.

–Blair Victoria Peters Howe, 31, of the 800 block of Union Forge Lane, Chesapeake, on one count each of possession of a Schedule I/II drug and felony failure to appear. Howe allegedly possessed a combination of cocaine, fentanyl, and methamphetamine on Jan. 23, 2023, and allegedly failed to appear for a preliminary court date.

–Markene Dejuan Jones, 33, of the 18000 block of New Kent Highway, Barhamsville, on one count each of receiving stolen goods and embezzlement. The defendant allegedly stole lottery tickets from Love’s Travel Center while employed there on Oct. 31, 2022.

–Amanda Lyn Marshburn, 33, of the 1100 block of Riverside Drive, Lanexa, on a single count of possession of a Schedule I/II drug. The defendant allegedly possessed cocaine on Feb. 25.

–Ronald Nolasco, 42, of the 10000 block of Carriage Road, Providence Forge, on one count each of felony child abuse and misdemeanor driving while intoxicated (second offense). The incident allegedly took place on Jan. 3.

–Timothy Allen Olin, 28, of the 4600 block of Fletcher Road, Gloucester, on a single charge of possession of a Schedule I/II drug. Olin allegedly was in
possession of methamphetamine on Feb. 29.

–Kenneth L. Oristaglio, 68, of the 2700 block of Island Drive, Gloucester, on a solo charge of possession of a Schedule I/II drug. The defendant allegedly possessed a combination of heroin, Fentanyl, and Xylazine on Mar. 30, 2023.

–Guesner Henry Price III, 31, of the 3300 block of Mechanicsville Turnpike, Richmond, on one count each of receiving stolen goods and possession of a vehicle with an altered vehicle identification number. Price allegedly was in possession of a Dodge vehicle with the altered information on June 29, 2023.

–Christopher Adam Pyles, 49, of the 3200 block of Belmont Avenue, Hopewell, on one charge each of possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor driving suspended. Pyles allegedly possessed methamphetamine on Dec. 30, 2023.

–Daniel Ray Robinson, 29, of the 8800 block of Newton Road, St. Stephens Church, on a solo count of possession of a Schedule I/II substance. The defendant allegedly possessed cocaine on May 31.

–Lenny Daniel Salas, 21, of the 1400 block of Rustard Circle, Williamsburg, on one count each of felony destruction of property, felony eluding, and misdemeanor reckless driving by speed. The defendant allegedly fled from law enforcement officers and destroyed guard wire owned by Virginia’s Department of Transportation on Mar. 12.

–Edgar Frank Smith, 36, of the 200 block of Minor Street, Richmond, on a solo charge of possession of a Schedule I/II substance. The defendant allegedly possessed cocaine on Dec. 21, 2023.

–Tamara Renae Toots, 38, of the 5200 block of Hopewell Road, New Kent, on five counts of credit card forgery, three counts of credit card larceny, and one count of credit card fraud. The offenses allegedly took place on Apr. 23, 2023.

–Latreele Jovon Williams, 31, of the 2300 block of Devils Three June Road, Little Plymouth, on one charge each of felony driving revoked and misdemeanor driving suspended. The offenses allegedly took place on Feb. 25.
