New Kent Sheriff’s Office has arrested three individuals involved in separate incidents related to possible felony activity in the county. –Ernest Franklin Flannagan III, 38, of the 900 block of Dispatch Road, Quinton, on one count of assault and battery on a family or household member. The offense allegedly occurred on June 6.
